Measurements are provided in both metric and imperial systems, please review them carefully. It is helpful to assess the dimensions by using a ruler to see what the X inches or X millimeters look like in your hand, to avoid a potential disappointment in size.

2. We ship by First Class or Priority Mail in the US, if you require an expedited Express Mail service please indicate that in your communication.
3. We mail packages 5 days a week and as quickly as possible, generally within 3 business days unless we are away. We will resume shipments promptly upon our return.

Registered Mail may be required for some countries due to concerns about lost or stolen parcels - please note that because of the extra security Registered Mail takes longer to arrive.
3. You are responsible for paying all import duty, taxes, and fees which may be collected by your country when the parcel arrives. If the postal service of your country charges an additional fee you are also responsible for that. Check with your country's customs and post office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We will declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. We cannot mark items as "gift" or underdeclare the value, as that is not permitted by the US law.

To purchase items and to obtain shipping quote contact us with the following:
1. Item info – species, item number, price (for example – tremolite, S0010203, $10)
2. Name and shipping address
3. Payment method – paypal, USPS money order or check – items will be mailed after the payment clears
4. Once we receive your communication the items of your choice will be marked as “reserved”; reservations are made on “first come, first serve” basis
5. If the item is not paid for within 5 days of the date of invoice the “reserve” will be removed, unless special arrangements are made
Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with your item contact us immediately. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be mailed back within 14 days, please package securely and include all labels that came with the item, so that we may have a chance to offer it to another buyer. We will either refund the original purchase price or issue credit toward future purchase (buyer’s choice) upon the receipt of the item. Buyer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake.
We do not sell, lend, or distribute our customers’ information, it is used solely to conduct the trade.
